Where is she now on her career path?
One side of Mentor Si is a charismatic young and dynamic woman leader who is currently working as a project coordinator for Wedu Global and Cambodia. She has been such an active and proactive key leader to the organization, since she puts both head and heart into the work. She buries her compassionate force to support her team and the vision of empowering women. Her key responsibilities include the whole project management, solving contingency problems, support project manager and executive team, monitoring and evaluating performance, coordinating program implementation, and considering of numbers of key tasks. She is able to take care the networks and key connection with stakeholders within all collaboration.

Si was born in low, violence, and opportunity shortage. A little girl from a remote countryside independently strives for her dream no matter what.
