Barang is an Assistant of General Manager of Cambodia Rural Students Trust, who is working alongside with oversee director and founders, supporting general manager within leadership and managerial roles in setting up succession plans and implementations, as well as interacting with more than 60 executive team members. He is also promoted to be Finance Manager who is 4 years specialized in managing the whole organization’s financial matter. He is talented in turning the working process into systems and applications, and is responsible for leading training all the current and new team members in adapting new systems. As rural schooling quality is limited, a Cambodian farmers’ son restarted his secondary school in town until getting a scholarship opportunity to attend an outstanding international high school (FBIS), and now he is pursuing his year 4th of bachelor degree in Business Administration at Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) – an international education standard.
